High-density Filing Systems

High-density filing systems are unique. Not only can they be extremely heavy, but they also have stringent floor deflection limits so that they can roll properly. Depending on how the loads are applied, they could cause failure of the strutural slab, beams, or girders. Many times, it becomes necessary to reinforce portions of the struture, modify the filing system configuration, or specify a different system (such as a motorized system) that doesn't have such strict deflection limitis.
